Life After College

For the past few months, I’ve been trying to figure out my life after college. Some people know exactly what they want to do with their career and have it all planned out. I, on the other hand, only has a portion of it mapped out.

If you’d look at my history on my phone or laptop, you’d see LinkedIn, Apartments.com and StreetEasy. I’ve been searching for jobs and apartments at all hours of the day.

If there’s a five-minute break in my day, my fingers are racing to check the latest job post and searching for any new listings of apartments in New York City.

Yes, I want to move to New York City a few months after Graduation.

I know what you’re thinking, a girl from a small country town wanting to live in the big apple. It’s the storyline to every cheesy book ever written.

But I’ve always wanted to live in the city. I fell in love with the face-paced environment and the opportunities that linger within every block.

Right now, I may not have it all mapped out, and that’s okay. At least I know where I want to be.
