tomorrows yesterday
Why are we here?
Tomorrow’s Yesterday is a Blog/vlog of experimenting with ways to treat ADHD without medication. An attempt to inspire those who feel bound by their past (Yesterday) and frightened for their future (Tomorrow). Ultimately leading them to disregard the present (today or Tomorrow’s Yesterday) which is the only option that’s actually subject to change.
Untreated ADHD can morph into a manic/depressive state of mind. While medication works for the majority of patients; many of those with ADHD lothe the medication they’re prescribed because it takes all of the color out of their personality.
I am a singer-songwriter in college but my focus of Tomorrow’s Yesterday will be the importance of routine and documentation. I also want to hear how my audience (you guys) get through your day in an efficient way. Together, Tomorrows Yesterday will find peace in the mania, one day at a time.
