Happy Friday!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Friday means I get to share with you a &#8220;Neat Technique of the Week&#8221;. This week I found an artist by the name of Yulia Brodskaya, they are a paper quilling artist.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Yulia uses paper quilling, a technique where you take strips of paper, fold them, curl them, and rearrange them on a flat piece of paper to create three-dimensional pieces of work.
