It’s hard to believe that it’s really been 20 years since Fall Out Boy released their debut album, Take This To Your Grave. Fans who have been following the band since the beginning have effectively been able to watch the members grow into full-fledged adults entirely through Fall Out Boy’s music.
The fine folks over at Kerrang are celebrating the 20th anniversary of the band by compiling “the 20 greatest Fall Out Boy songs – ranked” and I am so excited to share their article with you to keep the party going.
Now whether or not I totally agree with this ranking is an entirely different story.
However, I joined the Fall Out Boy fandom fairly late compared to many other fans – I didn’t start listening to them until Save Rock and Roll came out, right before I saw them live in 2014. Therefore, my opinion is heavily biased based on what songs I have nostalgia for and which ones I remember thinking were not up to snuff, in my oh-so-expert opinion.
