In February 2019, news broke of an update in the Tekashi 6ix9ine case.

Before we give into this, let’s back it up a little.

Tekashi 6ix9ine was in police custody for charges involving racketeering, firearm possession, firearm offenses and multiple drug charges.

No big deal right?

WRONG!

This led the “Gummo” rapper to end up facing life in prison. Oh my!

The rapper pled his innocence to the media and his legal team as the court case began.

After months of deliberation and arguments against and for the plaintiff, things began to change.

Tekashi, who was facing life in prison, decided to snitch.

As somebody who built a rap career with lyrics and music about how he would never snitch and snitches are rats, he caved.

The rapper snitched on many people involved in the Treway gang to get himself out of jail.
