Sometimes there are really good stories that just can’t find a home.
That’s why this blog exists. Sometimes students in our journalism program do very good work, but for whatever reasons the venue simply doesn’t exist for it to be published or posted. It could be that they’re writing about somebody 300 miles away from our campus, or the event happened over Winter Break and was too old by the time we returned to school. It could be for any of many reasons.
But this blog exists purely to give a forum to those pieces.
I can’t say how many there will be or how often they’ll be posted. But those stories now have a home.
