Tis’ The Season; Cuffing Season

Cuffin' Season

Are you Cuffed up?

Cuffing Season is a very popular thing among young people. Many college students experience FOMO (fear of missing out).

This can happen when they see their friends posting about fun activities on social media or when they feel left out of the social scene on campus.

This is relatively fixated on relationships.

Cuffing season is a very popular thing among young people.

This time period is specifically a huge culture among young daters.

College romantic relationships typically start to develop or initiate between October and December.

Why is it that we as college students form relationships this way?

Can we be able to take it seriously?

Do we need a season specifically dedicated to romance?

These are questions that may develop as you tune into swiping on love

Hook-up culture is prevalent on many college campuses can also contribute to feelings of loneliness and isolation.

FOMO can also lead to anxiety and depression, and it can make it hard for students to focus on their studies.

Additionally, there are a few things that students can do to combat FOMO;

Such as as staying connected with their friends, staying active in their hobbies and interests, and taking breaks from social media.

There is no definitive answer to this question, as everyone experiences and reacts to seasonal affective disorder (SAD) differently.

Some students may find that their symptoms worsen during the winter months, while others may find that they are more susceptible to SAD during the spring or summer.

Some common symptoms of SAD include increased fatigue, difficulty concentrating, irritability, and changes in appetite.

If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, it is important to speak with a mental health professional to discuss treatment options.

There are many ways to deal with seasonal stress in college and for college students.

One approach is to attempt to be optimistic and appreciate the moments you can.

Another option is to look for methods to alleviate the tension of the season and the circumstance.

One method to accomplish this is to surround yourself with a warm and cheerful environment.

Find methods to appreciate the times you do have.

Making sure you have a tight relationship with your peers, getting enough rest, and having skills to manage the weather are all ways to lessen stress.
