Why is this taking so long! \u2014I\u2019m sure a lot of you might be thinking this as we keep going through the motions of going to school, doing homework, sleeping, and then having to do it all over again. I\u2019m here to tell you think things will get better! The best advice that I can give is to relax and work on you time management! I know that it can be hard to have a social life and keep up with your class work while at school. However, here are some tips that I have learned over the past few years at college:<\/p>\n

  1. Make sure you carve out time for self-care!<\/li>\n
  2. Do homework with friends- You aren\u2019t the only one who has homework! Plus, doing work with friends is better than doing it alone.<\/li>\n
  3. Make sure you get good sleep- 7-8 hours would be ideal!<\/li>\n
  4. Plan Ahead by Creating a To-Do List- This is one of the most helpful things I\u2019ve done since being at college.<\/li>\n
  5. Tackle Small Tasks to Start<\/li>\n
  6. Make sure to EAT! I know college food isn\u2019t great, but this can help you step away from your work and give your brain a break. Plus, you could use this time to hang out with friends!<\/li>\n
  7. Ask for help. If you’re struggling, don\u2019t be afraid to ask for help. You would be surprised how many people will be there for you.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
