About Me!

- February 23, 2021 - Sarah Mayfield

Hello, beautiful people. My name is Sarah Mayfield and ever since I was little I grew up loving the Theatre. I love the music, the acting, the stories, the set, and everything about it.

My love for theatre has always been in my life. My mom first introduced me to musicals at a young age.

We would watch “Phantom of the Opera”, “Grease”, Disney movies, etc. all the time together. After that, I started to participate in different theatre camps.

In fifth grade, my mom finally bought tickets to my first live musical, “Wicked”. It became our tradition to go to at least one musical once a year.

I became fascinated with the theatre.

A place full of storytelling. A place full of song and dance. As soon as you walk into a theatre, your heart rushes with excitement.

During my blog, were going to celebrate the great, and educate ourselves from the flawed.

I have learned a lot from theatre.

Not only has theatre taught me about the joys of life it also has taught me about equality and representation in our world.

But enough about me!Let’s talk about Broadway.

Not only has theatre taught me about the joys of life it also has taught me about equality and representation in our world.

Hope it’s okay if I talk a little about Broadway while you’re here. Let’s get started!
