On Friday Afternoon, the Islanders had their first skate before their first round matchup with the Hurricanes.

A big part of the roster returned. His name is Mathew Barzal.

Head Coach Lane Lambert then reported that Mathew Barzal would be a full participant from this point forward and he will be in for Game 1.

He is currently on the first line along with Bo Horvat, and Anders Lee.

That line has to get going from the get-go if the Islanders want a good chance in this series.

If Bo Horvat and Mathew Barzal continue the chemistry they had before Barzal got injured, the sky is the limit for the Islanders and their production.

Game 1 is tomorrow at 7:00.
