Hello everyone, my name is Zachary Roache and this is my site High Note Sports. The main focus of this site is to discuss the history and connection between sports and music, and how they make an impact on each other. I will be covering different topics where sports and music intertwine with each other and how it impacts athletes and sports in general. I will also be including multiple different music genres and different sports.
The inspiration for me making this site was to really talk about two of my biggest passions and find a way to really combine them into one huge thing. I have always loved talking about sports for as long as I can remember so I feel like I have a lot to talk about within sports. Music hasn’t always been one of my passions but over the last 7 or so years, it has become a huge part of my life and it’s something I’m very interested talking about.
I have a small background working in sports but I have already worked in multiple different atmospheres. Over the last two years, I have worked for a college summer league baseball team working multiple different positions. I have helped with their front office operations, selling merchandise, helping with tickets, and more.
Recently, I was blessed with the opportunity to help work the Super Bowl and help with the pre week events. It was an amazing experience to help work the Super Bowl and it was a dream come true for me. These work experiences have really helped me grasp a different perspective on sports and how everything operates within the industry.
I already have plenty of ideas that I’m extremely excited to talk about, but I’m also open to any suggestions for what to talk about. Some of the topics that I already plan on talking about are “The Economic Impact Taylor Swift Has Made on The NFL” and “Athletes That Have Been Involved in Music.”
As I stated earlier, both sports and music are my two biggest passions. With this site, my hope is to bring in an audience of people that enjoy sports and music and really keep them interested in the topics I’ll be talking about. I hope everyone enjoys the site and I hope to have people learn something from this.
