- Back at it again for the people. Two videos in a week. Had to step it up for you guys. Click the link to watch. Been trying to upload it a different way but it hasn’t been working.

- But in all honesty, I enjoyed making these videos this week. It felt good to actually grind and be in that mode where I’m like “Yea they going to like this one” which makes me go hard.
- It also felt somewhat therapeutic to just chat to the camera. I got a lot of friends and I talk to a lot of people on the daily. But this felt like I wasn’t talking just to a person, but to a group of people. Like I was giving a TedTalk or something.
- And I felt to speak about seasonal depression and emotions because not only are these things I think about, but things I’m sure y’all do as well. I tried to be descriptive enough too so it wasn’t like I was just chatting.
- As for the push-ups, LIKE I SAID, just chillllllllll. I could’ve done full lockout/perfect form……but I just chose not to LMAO. Nah I’m horsing I dead was mad winded.
- And I feel like this is a good wake up call for me to at least try to get back right. I’m not super frail or nothing, never that feel me. BUT I do feel a difference in my body and it’s also visible from people I used to workout with like Ocho and Eli that I lost both weight and muscle. So I can’t hide behind excuses.
- Now with the food, it was good I can’t lie. I’ve had better for sure though but for the area I’m in, it’s good.
- Only issue is that they taxing, HEAVY. Like it’s mad expensive I can’t even lie. And I feel like I should’ve got something else. The meal was good but I feel like maybe some tacos or something else would’ve been better. I didn’t want to be generic though so I switched it up.
- Also, I totally forgot to review my FIRST bite. So that’s why I was able to say how the food tasted before I bit into it.
- The Wendy’s bussed though, like I always say, Wendy’s the best fast food place. It’s just more hit and miss than McDonald’s. McDonald’s is the pinnacle of consistency, but Wendy’s quality better.
