<\/figure>\n\n\n\nNow you’re probably wondering why<\/em> you should listen to me.<\/em> There’s hundreds of different blogs, YouTube videos, TikToks, and Instagram accounts that you trust their recommendations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n And I guess my answer is I don’t know. <\/p>\n\n\n\n All I want is to share my love of books with the world, and connect with others that love them just as much as I do. <\/p>\n\n\n\n And if you like romances, mysteries, or fantasies, then this blog is for you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n I’ve been an avid reader since I was a little girl. But I stopped reading as much as I got older (aside from online sites like Wattpad and Fanfiction.net).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Reading has always been something that I’ve shared with my dad. And it’s become one of the ways I stay connected with him now that he’s passed. Even though our reading tastes were completely <\/em>opposite! <\/p>\n\n\n\n One of the greatest things to come out of the COVID-19 pandemic was that I found my love for reading again. It started with reading Kindle Unlimited on the Kindle app on my phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And now I’ve got three (small) shelves full of physical copies and a kindle that has the prettiest pink case. <\/p>\n\n\n\n And a small book buying addiction. <\/p>\n\n\n\n But it’s fine. I’m fine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n While this blog is for a class project, I’ve always wanted to create one. But I never knew where to start. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Within my book blog, I plan to share recommendations, tips on making time for reading, my favorite reading necessities, some of my favorite places to buy books,<\/strong> and some of my bookish opinions! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n I hope that this blog finds you and fulfills your bookish needs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n And you leave with a full camera roll of screenshots of potential books. And that you’ll fall in love with the storytelling and characters as much as I have. <\/p>\n\n\n\n While I want this blog to have a friendly atmosphere, there’s something that needs to be discussed before going further. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Reading is subjective. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n There might be books I love that you don’t; and there might be books I don’t love that you do. <\/p>\n\n\n\n And that’s okay. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n If you don’t like a recommendation, just move on. Don’t leave comments about how much you disliked the book. <\/p>\n\n\n\n People like what they like.
