I’ll be going a bit back into the future. It’s nostalgic for me.
Don’t worry, not too far back but back to the good old days. The Wii days.
Little old me playing the Wii with my siblings, playing some “Just Dance” and “Super Mario Bros.”
I LOVED my Wii. I love it so much that I bought one this past summer just to play “Zelda Twilight Princess” on it.
No, this isn’t on “Twilight Princess.” Not yet of course.
But it is another game where you could grab your grandparents to play.
The game of the week is…
“Wheel of Fortune”

Key the music folks!
I have the fondest memories of this game. I played it like crazy with my family. I sucked because I was like 9 or 10 but spending time with your family playing video games? That sounds like a great time. Don’t worry guys, I’m fucking awesome at it now. Kicking everyone’s ass.
Now, if you didn’t know, “Wheel of Fortune” is based on a game show, Wheel of Fortune (obviously).
It’s got the good old Pat and Vanna, the main hosts for the show. You and 2 other players go head to head, solving puzzles, winning prizes and kicking each other’s ass. I mean having a friendly competition between colleagues.
The prizes are crazy. Like you could win a trip to Rome, you could win a speedboat and so much more.
In this game, you can use your own Mii character, which is a character you can make on the Wii.
On my Wii, I got me, my siblings, my mom, my boyfriend and Jesus. Yes, I have Jesus, do you have a problem with that? Jesus came with the Wii from when I bought it so I didn’t make it.
You can also dress up your Mii in this game, with different shirts, pants, shoes, etc. that you win during the game!
Not only can you change it up now and then with different Mii characters, but you can also change up the sets!
These featured sets are…
Hawaii
Las Vegas
Hollywood
Washington DC
Unfortunately, I have no photos of these sets and can’t seem to find any. I also have no clips so I do apologize for the little clips and photos that are in here!
What do I like about this game? I love this game mainly because it brings me back to my childhood of playing with my family. It brings me good memories of being a kid.
It also provides a good, fun experience with whoever you play. Yes, relationships have been fucked up because of this game but that’s the fun of it.
I think I enjoy being able to dress up my character and make myself look funny.
The puzzles are also really funny because sometimes you only have one word left and you have no idea. Then it becomes the stupidest thing ever or something you’ve never heard of and you’re just like “What the fuck is that?”
What do I dislike about the game? Well like I said above, some of the puzzles make no sense. Like no I would not have guessed red algae because what the fuck do you mean by that? Other than that I have no complaints or bad things to say. It was a good game for its time and in my opinion, still is today.
Since I have no clips or photos, I’ll tell you about some of the funniest moments I can remember.
One time, I was playing with my boyfriend and of course, I won. So I was solving the final puzzle which was a ballpoint pen. What did I put? Balljoint pen. Balljoint pen. BALLJOINT PEN??? WHAT IS THAT???
So embarrassing, I hate reminding myself of it. Don’t ask why I put that down, I don’t even know.
Another time was when I was playing with my sister and I kept guessing the correct letters. She didn’t even get to spin because I got all the letters and solved them. She proceeded to berate me about not giving her a chance but I was cooking.
If you guys are interested in “Wheel of Fortune” or not, you should give it a spin. Haha, see what I did there?
To give “Wheel of Fortune” a rating on my scale, it would be 4 out of 5 stars! One point off because my TV was possessed once and Pat was just yelling “400, 500, 600” at me.
