From skillet to satisfaction, these quesadillas are the ultimate cheesy temptation!

Ingredients:
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken, diced (optional)
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
- Optional toppings: salsa, sour cream, guacamole
Materials:
- Medium-sized skillet
- Spatula
Instructions:
- Heat the skillet over medium heat and add olive oil or butter.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese evenly over the tortilla.
- If using, add cooked chicken, diced bell peppers, and onions on top of the cheese (optional of course, but let’s be mature!
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the toppings.
- Place the second tortilla on top to cover the fillings.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden brown and the cheese melts.
- Carefully flip the quesadilla using a spatula and cook for 2-3 minutes until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
- Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and let it cool for a minute.
- Cut the quesadilla into wedges using a knife or pizza cutter.
- Serve with your favorite toppings such as salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
