Ingredients:
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- Cooking spray or olive oil spray
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping
- Celery sticks for serving (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Cauliflower:
- Wash the cauliflower thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized florets.
- Prepare the Batter:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until you have a smooth batter.
- Coat the Cauliflower:
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is well-coated on all sides. Allow any excess batter to drip off.
- Air Fry the Cauliflower:
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray or olive oil spray to prevent sticking.
- Place the battered cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other.
- Air fry the cauliflower at 375°F (190°C) for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
- Toss with Buffalo Sauce:
- Once the cauliflower is done, transfer it to a mixing bowl.
- Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- Serve:
- Serve the air-fried buffalo cauliflower bites hot, with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping and celery sticks on the side, if desired.
- Enjoy as a delicious and healthier alternative to traditional buffalo wings!
