Breakfast is important, but I will admit, I don’t always eat breakfast, so I wonder why I’m tired, dizzy and have a headache at noon… So, let’s change that, I want to share with you all an easy and affordable yogurt breakfast bark! This breakfast bark is a favorite for me, because it’s light enough in the morning so I can stomach it, and I can take it on the go if I’m really in a rush. Most of the time, I find myself not eating breakfast because I don’t have enough time to make something and eat it before I leave. So, this year let’s prepare our light breakfasts! You can make this breakfast bark anyway you would like, I’m going to show how I personally make it. Ingredients: Strawberries Raspberries Blueberry Yogurt Dark Chocolate First, you want to lay parchment paper over the baking sheet you will be using. Then, you want to cut all of your strawberries so they can lay flat on the baking sheet. Next, I use my fingers to gently flatten the raspberries, and place them in the gaps in between the strawberries. Then, you take your yogurt of choice and spread a thin layer to cover your fruit. In this batch I wanted some without yogurt too. Now place your baking sheet in the freezer and wait until yogurt is frozen to start the next step! After your yogurt is frozen it’s time to top it off with some chocolate drizzle! Place your preferred chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and start melting your chocolate in 30 second intervals. Once chocolate is melted, drizzle over your frozen creation, place the sheet back into the freezer until chocolate is frozen, and you have made yourself some breakfast bark! An easy way to add extra protein and calories is adding a peanut butter drizzle or a thin layer of peanut butter to go on top or in replacement of the yogurt. Other fun add-ons can be chocolate chips, granola, honey drizzle, etc. I hope you try this easy and affordable yogurt breakfast bark! It’s a good on the go breakfast that can be customized to your liking! "}
