Ingredients:
Bagel
Egg
Cheese (of your choice)
Cook Time: Five Minutes
As I’ve said before in a previous breakfast post.
It’s so hard for me to wake up and eat breakfast before class.
This is always because I don’t have time or I’m just not hungry before I leave.

After my classes I’ve really been enjoying this simple breakfast.
This includes a bagel and an egg!
I have been making my egg over easy because for some reason it’s what I’ve been craving lately.
As you would probably assume, toast your bagel, and cook your egg however you would like.
I add butter to my bagel and cheese to my egg.
A sprinkle of a Colby Jack shredded cheese works perfect every time.
I then use one half of my bagel to dip my egg and the other half to place my egg on top and eat!
I add salt, pepper, and hot sauce for more flavor.

This takes me about five minutes to make!
Other weeks I add avocados to my grocery list and also add that for some extra yummy calories.
If you are someone like me and can’t promise you’ll eat a whole carton of eggs before they go bad, look for the six pack cartons!
It’s light enough so I can finish the whole thing and it holds my hunger off for a few hours!
This has made my life easy, because I don’t eat this everyday and hate wasting food!
After class I’m finally hungry and I need to eat before I attend my internship the rest of the day.
As simple as it seems, ideas like this are not always circulating in my head.

I grew up with a mother who loved to cook so I’m still a cooking rookie!
I’ve never really been in a kitchen until I got to college, so bare with me!
I had this idea while grocery shopping one day, I wanted to bring the Cafe style breakfast food to me!
I hope this reminded others of the simple yet filling breakfasts you can easily make at home!
