Many people may think that humans just have emotions. People do not realize that dogs may have emotions too. Dogs have emotions because they get sad when their owners leave them for a long period of time.

Whenever my family goes on vacation where Belle can not come, she gets really sad when we have to hire a babysitter to come over and watch her and make sure that she is okay. Even though my family likes to go on family vacations, when we come back Belle will jump all over us to say that she missed us and she is so excited that we are back home.

Some of the emotions that dogs may feel are joy, fear, anger, disgust, and love but a dog will not experience the more complex emotions that include guilt, pride, and shame.

Fear is probably one of the most emotions that dogs may feel because they are scared of thunderstorms and dogs typically want to be near their owners to give them comfort. Another common emotion for dogs is a joy because they enjoy being around their owners and are excited when guests come over to your house to visit your owner.

Some dogs do not realize how lucky they are to be in lovely families since many cruel people out there do not know how to take care of animals such as dogs. People who are cruel will take advantage of dogs by leaving them out on the streets to let them suffer, which I do not think is the right thing to do to dogs that are very lovable. There are people who do not understand how precious a dog’s life truly is. Giving a dog the best life that they deserve is the only thing that makes some people have a kind heart. #family #dogs #emotions
