Dressing up your dog(s) could most likely protect you and the dog from late night accidents that could concern you if you are not paying attention to them when they are outside alone at night when they have to go to the bathroom.

Some dogs may not produce a lot of body heat based on their age, short haired dogs, and puppies so these dogs should wear sweaters so they are able to stay warm based on the climate of where they live with their owners.
Wearing sweaters is very important for dogs to wear when it is extremely cold outside. They should not be worn inside because they could overheat and clothing items should always be removed from your pet right away when they no longer need to prevent chafing and irritation to the skin.
There is an interesting story about when my dog Belle wore a sweater for a long period of time and it is a good one that should be shared. My mom loved playing dress up with her children when they were little but when we got Belle, she wanted to dress her up in a sweater so she decided to go to T.J. Maxx to check to see if they had any clothing for dogs. Whenever my dog wears a sweater she only likes it for a short amount of time.
